All advertised prices are fully inclusive of Good and Service Tax (GST) and all legal fees. There is nothing else to pay. Dawson Law (the law firm we use in Dauphin, Manitoba) will place your money in a trust account until title transfer documents are completed and registered at the land titles office (this usually takes 2-3 weeks). The deeds will then be posted out to you, and you will become the official owner. You can of course use your own lawyer/solicitor to review all documentation if you wish, but this will be at your own cost. Actual converted price depends on current exchange rates. Figures based on 1.00GBP=1.55CAD.
